Delivery: You’ve got enough on your plate to worry about coordinating equipment rentals. Don’t worry about going by an audio store to pick up equipment - we offer curbside drop-off and pick up. At the end of the night, you get to tidy the venue up for a quick exit while we handle the gear.
Gear Rentals:
Already have some A/V equipment that doesn’t quite cover every event? For those that need a bit more but don’t want to store or maintain the additional gear, we have a solution for you. Host a large event once or twice a year that’s beyond your system’s capabilities? You can take things into your own hands with convenient pick up and drop off at our facility.
Event Production:
For those times that you want someone else to handle the details, we also offer full in-house event production services, including planning, designing, and executing the audio-visual aspects of an event. There’s a lot that we can help you with including staging, lighting, sound, and video.
Technical Support (audio-visual techs):
When you utilize our services, we also offer in-house technical support to ensure that the audio and visual side of the services you offer runs smoothly. We’ll be onsite to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during an event and get things rolling as quickly as possible. Nobody expects issues to arise, but it’s always better to be prepared with trained technicians available to step in right away.
Sales and Installation of AV Solutions:
Sometimes venues prefer to have their AV equipment permanently inside their event space and we’re happy to accommodate. Years of experience with a wide array of audio-visual equipment means that we know how to select and safely install the things you need. Not sure where to start? Staff Training:
Whether you have us install an A/V system or there is one already in place at your venue, we’d be happy to help train your staff on its proper operation. We can work in a team or 1-on-1 with your employees to make sure that they are prepared to setup, run, and troubleshoot your equipment.
