Fashion Show DJ Gig | BTech | Event Recap

In 2021, we got the call to provide DJ services and production for a fashion show at Bridgerland Tech College. For years they had been outsourcing their production to a company that focused on only production. While the company had given them a solid service they were looking to take their event to the next level. Because of this their staff decided to reach out to a few different companies and we happened to get the call. After a few emails and phone calls they decided to give our service a try.
For those that don’t know, Bridgerland Technical College has a program for the Fashion Merchandising and Development. The F.M.A.D. program 'prepares students with the knowledge and skill-set necessary to be successful in the Fashion Industry.' As part of that program students along with the work of incredible faculty members and sponsors put on a fashion show to showcase their designs and projects. Themes and concepts for the show are chosen by the students and staff. The students design the fashion wear during the semester, and high school students try out to be models for the event.
When we were hired originally myself along with my company Reeverb Entertainment to provided the following services: stage & color ambiance lighting, sound equipment and an Audio Visual Tech to run the show. This included cutting and editing the tracks they were going to be using on the runway and then providing DJ Services for the show.
In 2022, Bridgerland Tech College purchased their own lighting and sound rig on the recommendation of our team. We helped them design and create a rig that would help them for years to come.
The fashion show has always been a highlight for our team and we love it when we get to work with them. Now that they own their own equipment they are pretty we provide a Sound and Lighting Tech along with DJ Services when needed.
